Hi, I plan to go nagano in may 2018 as a day trip. I will be going to ZENKO-JI TEMPLE, snow monkey park and obuse town. I happen to ssee there is this Snow Monkey 1 day pass that I can purchase. Since I had to take the local train and bus to get around these places. I wonder is ti worth to purchase the 3200yen pass or does it work out cheaper without the pass? Where can I check the local train and bus timing and fare.

Get the pass - it saves you money on the express bus (return) and park entrance. Also saves you messing about with money for the bus (and includes a couple of discount vouchers). I buy them all the time.
