One date stamp valid for 1 day(morning 1st to last train) for one traveler.

This Rapid also one of regular commter train with straps(tsuri-kawa),
means NOT Exp/LtdExp, so all non-reserved cars. (11 or 15 cars total, car No.4, 5 is Green)
