I am Foreigner with 90 Days Tourist visa.Do you think Hokuriku Arch Pass=24000円
permitted to use following Limited Express Train.
Limited Express/Tokkyū特急 Business Thunderbirdビジネスサンダーバード
特急 Dinostar ダイナスター
特急 Ohayō express おはようエクスプレス
特急 Oyasumi express おやすみエクスプレス
特急 Shirasagi しらさぎ

Yes to all...
Except Shiragasi will only be covered between Fukui to Kanazawa. The Nagoya to Fukui section will not be covered.

Shirasagi is covered from Kanazawa to Maibara. At Maibara it goes eastwards towards Nagoya, whereas the validity area of the pass goes westwards towards Kyoto. (Maibara is between Tsuruga and Kusatsu on the website map.)
