Hi,
Is there a website to check the expected toll charges for driving during my trip?
This is my planned route:
Hiroshima Airport-Miyajima -Hiroshima-Matsuyama-Tokushima-Naruto-Kobe-Osaka-Kobe-Hiroshima?

That route is really easy to travel by rail. An affordable rail pass covers it all, actually:

Maybe reconsider driving?

Prefer to drive as I am driving a group of seniors with luggages; pretty hard to herd them through trains.

Thanks all for the link. Checked the toll from Hiroshima to Matsuyama; the toll is a hefty 8500Yen. Can someone help suggest a route using non-toll road?

You don't need help with suggestions, if you have driven in Japan, many rantal cars have english GPS, if not, request for one, once you input the telephone number or better still the mapcode, the GPS will give you upto 5-6 suggestions, toll charge, none toll charge, fastest, eco and recommendation. you select the best one to suit you. If they include toll charge, it will give you a estimate toll charge.

Contact your rental company.
If correct they can set you up with a Express Way Pass. Similar to what JR travels get.
Not all rental car companies do have the deal with the Express Way Company, but the major outlets do.

As Alishan wrote, you might better consider San'in Setouchi Shikoku Expressway Pass.

You must pay Honshu-Shikoku bridge parts additionally, but still it will save money for toll fee.
