JR Ou Main Line

Will be travelling from shin aomori to hirosaki by JR Ou line.
Q1: is the train frequent? Cause I check is something like per hour 1 train. (As I will be departing from Shin Hakodate to Shin Aomori with luggages and planning to deposit them at locker before proceed to Hirosaki. Afraid to miss the train and have to wait for another 1hrs)
