Car shaken

Hello every one,I need your help if some one know about car shaken...recently I buy Toyota Prius car there is no shaken on it and also no number plate.....I need to do shaken for my car my friends are doing shaken from Brazil Jin every one knows that they didnot do work in the car and also they didnot change the oil of car......kindly inform me where can I do the shaken is it fine that I go car garage or oil pumps etc...I want to pay to some one which deserve the shaken money and look my car....but my friends make me scared that japanese people can do shaken to much expensive.....I am living in anjo if some one good garage of car or oil pump etc who will do shaken in good price kindly let me I will really appreciate your help thank u

toyota is common just ask any mechanic workshop around you .
but buying car without shaken ... you need to concider the fellowing.
1, is illegal to drive it on the road.
so you need to apply for specail place number to move it .
2, maybe your friend didnt pay this year car TAX which will be around 35000 Dthe payment receipt is needed for shaken

If it is out of vehicle inspection, it will be newly registered (valid for 2 years),
but registration fee need a bit more than.

If you don't have no car parking slace within 2km fr Jyuminhyo, you cannot change the owner's name.
And a car without license plates also cannot run on the public road,
so you have to lent a carrier car(truck) like this,

or lent temporary license plates(called ‰Όƒiƒ“ƒo[/kari number) at "tax" counter of city/ward/town hall.
(It is "illegal" either to withdraw by rope or to change license plates fr another car.)
But if lent ‰Όƒiƒ“ƒo[, needs Jibaiseki insurance(Ž©”…Σ•ΫŒ―) for period of lent, for 25 months is the best.

Anyway, find and ask at their office(this is one of sample in Aichi pref), or asking at city/ward/town hall.

but speaking ENG and more other foreign langs staffs are limited.

It is all possible from the procedure of car movement and garage proof,

This is motorcyclists in Japan forum, but some guys have own cars.
Larger engines motorcycle(fr over 250cc, until 250cc is not) also using Shaken system.

Even if you have a storage place (own parking lot, lent or not),
it takes btw 5 and 7 days fr applying at Police station usual,
so you can not make the procedure within end of the year also New Year days anyway.

not more than 80–œ‰~, or imprisonment of not more than 18 months.

If you don't have legal register your car, you can not drive public roads even if bought a car.
At the worst, you will be under arrested and deported.

Yeah i understand i buy it from car auction i have all the papers and i didnot drive the car bcoz there is no number plates\\-parking is near to my home and i already get a shako from police station now i wait for the shaken but holidays are starting that why its no possible i will do shaken after holidays thank u
