Hi.
I will be visiting Nagano prefecture later this month.
Understand Nagano is famous for its miso.
Are there any recommended shops that I can good quality miso from ?
any famous shops ?
I will visiting Nagano city, Iiyama, Narai, KisoFukushima, Suzaka/Obuse, Shirakawa-go and Kanazawa/Awara Onsen (though I know the latter 2 places are no Nagano prefecture).
