Brand new laptop through the airport?

I'm planning on going to Japan and buying a brand new laptop there.
1. I'm wondering if I would be able to bring it with the box with me (either with the packaging un-opened or with just the laptop hand-carried and the box in the luggage)?
2. If I will have to pay a fee for bringing a new laptop through the security, custom and all that? Is there a certain limit for it to be okay to bring new stuff out of Japan without paying anything? (Since I'm buying it online, I payed the internal consumption tax for the laptop, will that change anything?)
3. If I do have to pay, how much will I have to pay?

1, yes you can.
2, not from Japan side, custom is from your country.
3, contact immigration or customs is you country.
