I want to visit Onuma on my way to Sapporo , is it possible to go early to Onuma from Hakodate, leave lugagge somewhere take a tour in bike, have fast lunch and go to Sapporo? What do you think?

"No sweat", Onuma Park is less than 60 Mins from Hakodate; no rush, you can even take a long lunch before heading for Sapporo.

You can leave your luggage (300 yen/one item) at the information center of Onuma park.

As suggested you will have plenty of time to explore Onuma. Note that Hokkaido is relatively cold, especially between October and April.
