Im going Japan on Mar 2018. I will go from Haneda airport, Tokyo, Yogahama, Nogoya area, chushu-kagoshima, Fukuoka, Oita, Saga. What type of National JR pass I need to buy for those area? what type of national JR pass I can use to got Nagoya from Yogahama Thanks

There is only one national JR pass, the Japan Rail Pass. It is explained here: https://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2361.htmlThe pass would cover all your journeys. If you do them all within three weeks, a 3-week pass is likely to pay off. However, some of your destinations are far away from others. Considering domestic flights for some sections could also be worthwhile.

When you provide more details (or when you look up yourself the route in a JR pass calculator), also consider which cities you : Yogahama, Nogoya area, chushu-kagoshima, Is this: YoKOhama, NAgoya and KYushu - kagoshima?
