I am going to Japan on Feb 2018. But now I am still not sure, should I buy JR pass or not. Is it worth for my trip? Day 1-day 3 : I will go from Haneda airport to Tokyo area (Daitabashi-Asakusa-Akihabara-Ueno-Ginza-Gala Yuzawa snow resort-Odaiba
Day 4 : Kyoto area (I will go to Kyoto from Tokyo by bus)
Day 5: Shirakawa Go - Takayama Gifu
Day 6: Back to Tokyo by bus.
Thanks

As you indicated that you will travel by bus all the longer distances a nationwide JR pass is not going to make any sense.
However if you want to reconsider on the busses, there is a handy JR pass calculator on this webpage where you can calculate if it is going to pay off.
Enjoy your trip to Japan!

You are using a bus, so don't bother with the Japan rail pass. Travelling around Tokyo is maybe Y1,000/day. The passes work if you use the trains for the long distance travel. Even if you did Tokyo-Kyoto-Takayama by train, it would be cheaper on single tickets than the 7-day pass.
