Pet fish aquarium in Kyoto

I'll be visiting Kyoto/Osaka at the end of February 2018 with my family. My brother who is going with me is really interested in pet aquarium fish. He saw on youtube a tour of a very large aquarium stocking pet fish and related products called Pet Freek in Kyoto. We tried to google the address but has been unsuccessful. Could anyone living in Kyoto please help us to find it.
Another thing he is also interested in is playing the guitar. Hope someone can help us look for any large store selling second hand classical guitars in Kyoto and Osaka.
