Hitsuji no Oka Lavender Garden in late August

My family and I will be visiting Hokkaido in late August (24 Aug - 1 Sep). I found an old post about Hitsuji no Oka Lavender Garden that might still have lavender during that period but I couldn't find any information about the garden. I only found a restaurant with the same name, is it the same place? Do they still plant lavender?

Thx but I still can't find much info about lavender though. Although their food looks really nice, we might give it a try.
