I'd like to know which is the best way from Koyasan to Hiroshima.
Is it possible using JR Pass?

You can use a JR pass for most of the way. How to access both is explained within this website.

You can't use the JR Pass for the full trip; the transport close to Koyasan (e.g. the funicular) is run by a non-JR company.
