Stopover from Furano to noboribetsu 2018/1/29 22:50
Hi I'm Travelling with elderly and young children and am wondering if there's a suitable stopover for the drive from Furano to Noboribestu. Cos' realised that the drive is more than 3hrs thus wish to break it up a bit. Thanks!

If you are driving during summer time consider stopping by either Iwamizawa or Yubari, Iwamizawa for the rose garden and Yubari for the famous melon.

Further south Tomakomai is also worth visiting for its seafood.

Poroto Kotan is the place to learn about the peaceful Ainu people.

Kani Goten is a good place for a meal break where you can pick your own fresh seafood from water tanks.
