Hi, I noticed the ICOCA n Haruka discounted return ticket from/to Kansai (KIX) airport. However. Is there any discount for the Nankai Rapit train as well?

In a Nankai Rapi:t train, all the seats require reservation.
The Kanku-WEBTOKU Ticket | the Kanku Tokuwari Rapi:t Ticket is a one-way ticket which allows you to have a Rapi:t ride with your seat reserved.
Unlike JR Haruka trains, Nankai trains donft go for Kyoto.
In a JR Haruka train, some seats are secured, without reservation, on a first-come, first-served basis,.
When you take a JR Haruka train without seat reservation, the Haruka discount ticket covers both the basic fare and the Limited Express surcharge.
When you have a Haruka reserved seat, the Haruka discount ticket covers only the basic fare; you should pay the full amount of the Limited Express surcharge, which is at least 970 yen per adult passenger.
You do not always have to make a pair of the round-trip Haruka discount tickets. Two one-way tickets can be separately purchased, for example, from Kansai-airport to Kyoto and from Tennoji to Kansai-airport. When you make a round-trip pair, you decide your boarding dates during the 14 calendar days from the day of issuance. There is no further discount for making the pair, i.e. the price is twice as that of each one-way ticket.
(gReturn ticketh is ambiguous, which may refer to a one-way ticket to travel back or a pair of round-trip tickets; I recommend you avoid this term when you order a transportation ticket in Japan.)
