Kawazu sakura forecast?

Hello, i plan to visit the place on the last week of Feb to enjoy sakura festival in Izu, Kawazu.
In wake of the recent cold weather trend, is it possible the sakura blossom will be late?
Is there any web/sites that has info or forecast about this year Kawazu Sakura?
