Last cherry blossom forecasts and best days

Hi guys, I read the last forecasts and more or less this year will be the same as the average.
Jwa says the blossom will start on 24 march in Tokyo. WeatherMap says 26 march and Jmc the 19th.
Whatfs the most reliable? 19th seems to me very very soon, arenft you agree?
Ifll be in tokyo in 8 april. Do you think is a good period to see cherry flowers?
Moreover do you know what are the forecast for Yoshino?
Just a consideration: this year there is a record about the cold temperature. Also in these days it seems cold in Tokyo with snow risk. How is possible that the blossom is earlier? Long tem forecasts say also that there is much rain in march...

It's impossible to predict the exact season; go by the forecast on this website (normally pretty good), but there's always the chance poor weather could destroy the blossoms before you arrive.
