Tokyo 2020 Olympics, Hotels

I am planning a trip to Tokyo for the Olympics. I am looking for a hotel that is near one of the event areas and somewhere were I can get a good view of the city. I anyone could help me out, that would be great, thanks!

No point looking at hotels yet! You won't be able to book anything for several months, plus it's possible new ones will crop up beforehand.

You should be able to look up event areas and then Google "best hotels in XX area" anyway.

I think you can book hostel or airbnb during Olympic time, of course you need to book the room as soon as possible before the Olympic from 1 - 3 months.

There is lots of events venue dotted all over Japan. You will need to be more specific in your questions to get a proper response.
