Trek/hike options and fear of heights

Hi guys, I've got a mate visiting soon and I'd like to be able to take her on an easy trek/hike near Tokyo. Maybe something like the Kasumidai Loop Trail on Mt Takao? The problem being that I'm severely acrophobic (last time I tested to see if I was still awful I had to be carried off a balcony after having a panic attack and blacking out) so anything with a drop or a view of a drop is a no-go. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for some nice forest trails that won't result with me having to be airlifted to safety? :D
