Nakakusugu Castle from bus stop

Hi, I am traveling from Naha to Nakakusugu Castle Ruins by bus and thereafter on foot. I would like to check if there is a short-cut from the bus stop to the ruins (e.g. from Okinawa Naritasan Fukusen Temple)? Or should I just follow the road round the ruins to reach the entrance? Thank you.
