Hi,
Am planning to visit Blue Pond in Biei around 3rd week of May. I would like to know if itfs worth a visit to Patchwork Road or Panorama Road during this time as itfs too early for flower season? What will the scenery be like during this time? Will there be any tour bus at Biei station ?
