Where to buy a cheap backpack?

Hi guys, currently travelling round Japan. I need some more luggage so I can take some clothes and souvenirs home. What stores could I look for that will sell a fairly cheap carry on size backpack.
In Europe I'd go to a decathlon so something like that ? I'm in Osaka now so that's would be preferable but will be in Tokyo after that.
Any ideas?

There is a Decathlon store in Osaka Hommachi station.
