Are there still cities snowing in Hokkaido in April

Which date and what name towns to go?

If until early week, still you can seen left on road side, blind against sunlights,
but already few flesh snows, already iced or wet, no powder usual.
But sometimes fallen even in btw early and mid Apr.

In higher mountains a lot of deep snow left, but you cannot go eaisily.
Some ski sites are still open as "Spring Ski(=Haru ski)".

But if not in late Apr, air still cold "real spring" front reached yet mostly.
