Stalls is "Roten(˜I“X)" or "Yatai(‰®‘ä)" and Osaka Mint is "Zouhei-kyoku(‘¢•¼‹Ç)" in Japanese.

The number of visitors changes depending on the day of calendar(weekend or not),
weather(sky, temp and wind), blooming status, so weather forecasts must be carefully watched.
