Sagano Scenic Railway VS Kurobe Gorge Railway

Any reviews between these two? I am planning to visit Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto but I can only choose one scenic rail. Which is more accessible to get to and worth the effort? I am travelling mid-late November.

For early Nov? I would not hesitate to go for the Korobe gorge Railway.

The start of Kurobe Gorge Railway is about 3 hours from the locations you have said you will visit. So it puts it out.
Sagano is all of 10-20 minutes away from center of Kyoto.
