Arriving late Haneda

Hi again,
I will be arriving on Friday at 10,40 pm Haneda airport and I don't know how long it will take through baggage claim and imigration..
Do you think it's possible to get my hotel in Ginza, late in the night? I have a reservation at Sunroute Ginza.
Is it better to sleep in the airport?
What would be the best thing to do, any advices are more than welcommed!

You are most likely able to catch monorail or Keikyu train and after transfer arrive Ginza-icchome which is close to Sunroute Ginza.

If you miss these, there are still night buses departing Haneda Airport at 1:05 and 1:40.

There are late night buses or taxi's available if you miss the train service.

Barring delays you should be able to make the trains shown above at about midnight. Don't forget to contact the hotel to let them know you will be arriving late.
