Looking for a specialty baking supply store in Tokyo (preferably central) where I can purchase cute cookie cutters, baking pans, chiffon baking tools (thin bladed knife), sakura ingredients, uniquely Japan ingredients like (black sesame paste, kinako powder, etc) - all in one place. Name your favourite!

Kappabashi-dori, also known just as Kappabashi or Kitchen Town, is a street in Tokyo between Ueno and Asakusa which is almost entirely populated with shops supplying the restaurant trade.
