Train to from Kansai to Osaka

I want to get the Haruka and Kansai One Pass which is c heaper, could I buy it from the Kansai Airport Information Centre?
The last Haruka train is 11pm, if I miss that can I take other train or bus to Osaka?

You can buy Kansai One Pass at JR station of Kansai Airport.
Do you mean JR Osaka area? Osaka is the name of train station, city and prefecture. Kansai Airport is in Osaka prefecture and Namba is in Osaka city.
