How long do I need to cover (slow pace) Kiyomizudera Temple and Higashiyama District?
Which place should I go first and how do I get there? Kiyomizudera or Higashiyama?
Lastly, is both places near to Nishiki Market?

See google map.
Higashiyama is very wide area. There might be many definition, but according to Wikipedia, the north is Hieizan while the south is Fushimi-inari. Maybe narrowest definition is from Ginkakuji to Tofukuji. If you see Kiyomizudera and some temples nearby you might be able to say you visited "Kiyomizudera and Higashiyama district". Of course Kiyomizudera is part of Higashiyama in any definition.
