May i know where i can purchase the Kyoto Traffica Card?
Is it from a vending machine at any Kyoto Subway Stations?
And is it possible to use ICOCA Card to perform fare adjustment on insufficient fund on the Kyoto Traffica Card?

The name of the card is Traffica Kyo, not "Kyoto Traffica".
