HI,
i am wondering wich payment will be suitable to live decently in Japan?
I earn 180.000 yen monthly and i think they are not enough.
how about you?is it true that japanese people make discrimonation for foreigner monthly salary??

Yes, that's a very basic monthly salary tbh. what type of job are you doing, what educational background do you have and how many years of experience?
I would say salary discrimination tends to be more common for factory workers, but for office workers it's quite the opposite.

If you work 8 hours a day and 250 days a year or more, that can be considered as one of the lowest wages you can get. But it may not be illegal, depending on the calculation.

Have you talked to a specialist, such as through a union or city hall? I don't know if many factories discriminate foreign workers, but a lot of workers, both domestic and foreign, would be easier to fool if they don't try to obtain proper information.

From one of OP's other question, he or she is on "Skilled Labor" status, so that excludes factory work, and also makes it illegal to pay less than a Japanese national for "comparable" work.

yes right,i have skilled labour visa.
i work as chef here but i think they given to me a bad contract.
my salary is 180.000 yen monthly but they promised me to increase it.i did not see nothing here yet after 4 motnhs of intensive work!i think they tricked me cause it was written in japanese(contract)
anyway 180 000 here in Osaka is not enough!someone have some tips how to quit a contract in Japan?as for me,it can be easy to find another decent job here!
