Getting around in Sapporo with wheelchair 2018/4/2 03:50
I understand it is convenient to get around in Sapporo without a car, however, may I know if the subway and public bus convenient for wheelchair?

If to drive in Sapporo, may I know if the car park to places of interest convenient? Also, is the car park fee expensive?

I am traveling from 3 - 15 May to Hokkaido, do you think I can still catch cherry blossom in Sapporo and Hakodate? Any chance to view tulips or pink moss?

Any advise will be appreciated especially with regards to traveling with a wheelchair bound companion.
