JR 2-Day bus pass Aomori to Lake Towada 2018

I read that this pass exist in 2017. However, I can't find any info from the Tohoku JR bus website to see if this pass is available for travel in Oct 2018. Can someone help ?
Also, if it is available, can we buy the pass in advance from Tokyo JR counter ?
