Kikonai-Matsumae bus service on golden week

Hi,
I tried very hard but failed to figure out the latest bus time table on www.hakobus.co.jp for Hakodate bus to/from Kikonai and Matsumae koen. Can somebody help?
I'm planning to visit on 29 April 2018, will there be increase in bus services to cater for the holiday crowd?
Do I need to get to the bus station much earlier to ensure I can get on the bus?
