Please ask the Shukubo ASAP.
There is no rule that all Shukobo are impossible.
Some also can send it fr Shukubo possible.

If possible, you can send it from yr hotel/ryokan, near convenience store and more,
but you can send it by the time you want or not is depends on time zone and distance.
