Fuji Shibazakura shuttle bus - one way?

I am planning to go to this yearfs Fuji Shibazakura Festival on a holiday with my grandmother. I would also like to explore other sites around the Fuji Five Lakes. However, from what Ifve managed to find, tickets for the shuttle bus between the site and Kawaguchiko Station are only sold as a round-trip bundle with festival admission, for 2,000 yen. Does anybody know if I could buy one-way tickets for this shuttle bus separately?

I know that buses to and from the festival venue are not the most frequent (not counting shuttles), but I am working to make itineraries around them. For example, for one of my plans we would come in via Shin-Fuji Station. We are also looking at a possible private tour guide to take us around. It would be expensive, but summing up some of the bus fares, it might not be all that much more. ^^;
At any rate, even if I don't end up using the shuttles, one-way or otherwise, it's good to know that is still an option.
