Expat vs. Japanese for tax categorization

On your Taxes page, there are 3 types of tax categories mentioned. Does this apply equally to both foreign and japanese nationals? There is no mention of it so just want to confirm.
I am planning a visit later this year to Japan for the 4th time, but this time as a Japanese national (obtained my passport 2.5 years ago). If the conditions of the visa apply equally, can I be in Japan up to a year without having to pay income tax if all income is sourced from outside of Japan?
Thank you for any assistance!

If you could provide a link to what you read...
But if you are Japanese - you will not have a visa when entering/living in Japan. I believe you will be taxed from day one, on world-wide income.

A Japanese national living in Japan for a year? You'll owe tax on your worldwide income from day one, sorry to say.
