Better degree for Japan?

I am planning to eventually apply for HSFP to move to Japan, and I was wondering if there is a preference or benefit to having either a Computer Science degree or an IT degree over the other for finding work as a foreigner in Japan?
I don't know if it changes the response but I would rather avoid working in Tokyo if possible, or at least not in the super crowded areas.
Thank you!

No real differences between those two degrees in terms of employability, I think.
HSP visa is mainly focused on people who are either middle / senior management, or those focused on high level research (think researchers and scientists). I think it would be difficult to get for a regular, entry-level, company position. A regular work visa would be more likely, I think.
