Naturalization Period

I have applied for Naturalization and interview is finished recently.
Would like to know - how much time does it take to get the result after the interview. I have applied to Tokyo Homukyoku. Looking to hear from some one who has received the naturalization from Tokyo Homkyoku in the year 2018.

I got naturalized in 2018 march. It took around 10 months in my case. The person who are on special permanent visa get the result in around 6 months. You can wait for the result after 6 months. If your documents are simple and straight. I mean if your work history, tax record is good then 6 months to 10 month is an ideal period. It may take long for the person having something wrong in his background.
