Which IC card for Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka?

Hi,

Pasmo/suica/Icoca/kaisai one pass - which I need?
I only stay 2 days in Tokyo and 2 day in Kyoto and 1 day Osaka airport.
can Pasmo card use for Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka?
or pasmo/suica only for Tokyo and icoca/kaisai one pass only for Kyoto and Osaka.
also I will use skyliner from airport to Uedo, do I add on Tokyo subway 1 or 2 days?

Any card is fine. If you land in Tokyo, get a Pasmo/Suica, you'll be able to use in Osaka and Kyoto as well.

If you land in KIX, get an ICOCA, you'll be able to use it in Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo.

but the pasmo card only can return to Tokyo station to get refund deposit
how can I return it while finish use in Kyoto?
should I buy pasmo in Tokyo and return there.(or buy 2 days Tokyo subway and not need refund)
then buy icoca in Kyoto and refund there.
