Tax refund - buing on online store

Hi,

Can I get a tax refund on purchases on online store? I want to buy a MacBook pro, but the configuration that I want is not sold in the actual stores so I have to order it form the Apple website.

I'm traveling in Japan for 2 months, so I qualify for a tax refund.

Stores like Bic Camera have tax-free maybe you can ask them to order your configuration, since most big Electronic shops have tax free.

The only tax free online store I know is amazon.jp, but they don't offer custom made products and the item must be shipping outside of Japan, tax is automatic deducted.
