Translation of sentences with -nagara?

Example:
1. 西城さんは１９７２年に歌手になって、激しく踊りながら歌うたって、若い女性などに人気が出でました。

2. ...「ＹＯＵＮＧ　ＭＡＮ」は、アルファベットのＹＭＣＡの形を体で表しながら歌うたって有名になりました。

3. How to say in Japanese '' I was eating while watching TV'? And ''I was watching TV while eating''? Is the first action more important than second one in Japanese grammar?

Sentences with -nagara normally indicate parallel but subordinate actions.
You can understand this by these translations of your question 3.

I was eating while watching TV. 私はテレビを見ながら食事（を）していました。
I was watching TV while eating. 私は食事（を）しながらテレビを見ていました。

In your first sentence, で after 出 is not necessary (出ました).
In your first and second examples, there is one possible mistake (歌うたって→歌って), (but I won’t declare 歌うたって to be absolutely a mistake, even if it sounds lame and childish in these sentences).
