Camping at Ogi, Sado Island

Hi. I intend to visit Sado Island for Kodo Earth Celebration from 17 to 19 Aug 18. However it appears that accommodation may be a problem now & I'm contemplating camping. Can anyone advise what are the procedures/regulations for camping at Ogi. Or if there is anyone living there who don't mind letting out a room for these few nights, please let me know.
