Are the shuttle bus and tram or direct bus from Fukuoka International terminal to Hakata station wheelchair accessible?

I did some searching & the answer appears to be that the shuttle bus has wheelchair access https://kyushu.com/fukuoka/survival/airport_to_city/ as does the subway http://www.japan-accessible.com/transport/metro/fukuoka.htm I hope this helps.
