Ifm a student visa holder( 1 y3m) I studying at a language school. Is it possible to bring my spouse in Japan as a student visa holderfs spouse ? Now I have only 28h part time work permit per week.

You want a Dependent, not Spouse, visa. It is possible to apply, but it is not guaranteed to be granted.

See the conditions for "Dependent", qnd then for "Student".
