Getting a job in Japan

Hello friends,
I have a relatively simple questions that I'm looking for some perspectives on.
If I want to reasonably find a job in Japan as a foreigner, would it be reasonable to seek a cyber/computer security job, or are the only tech jobs for foreigners for IT or Computer Science/Programming people?
