I will have a flight with JAL soon from the Philippines to US and i will have a layover of 21hrs 30mins
my flight is the following day and my accomodation is in terminal 2.Do i still need a transit visa

Your nationality determines if you need a visa or not. Visit the website of your country's Japanese embassy to find this information yourself.
