Keisei skyliner ticket counter 2018/6/5 22:51
Ifm a bit confused. The keisei skyliner info center closes at 9pm on weekends but is this the same as the ticket counter? Ifd like to buy discounted coupons for tourists but I estimate we will only clear immigration & customs by 10 pm. Last train is 10:20pm thereabouts. We would need to exchange the coupons for tickets.

Why confused?
Keisei web mentioned well.
http://www.keisei.co.jp/keisei/tetudou/skyliner/us/findus/index.php
See also "Station Map" page.

Both are closed at 21:00(9pm), so you can not exchange.

This is what they said in a previous email.
"Skyliner & Keisei Information Center (7:00 ~ 21:00)
Skyliner Ticket counter is opened (sic) while the skyliner is in service"

When I emailed back to clarify, they never replied back. My understanding is that since the last train does not depart until almost 10:30pm, the ticket counter remains open beyond 9pm. But the website says things differently.

Information Center and ticket counter are not the same thing.

Re: Keisei skyliner ticket counter 2018/6/6 18:22
Thanks Firas. It's just that in their website (and in the link that Speiz included), both the Skyliner / Keisei Information Center and the "Keisei Electric Railway Ticket Sales Counter" close at 9pm.
I'm assuming the latter is also the Keisei Skyliner Ticket Counter.

Re: Keisei skyliner ticket counter 2018/6/6 18:24
The counter mentioned on the link is yet another one, it's in the one in the arrival lobby in the airport. The one you want is the one in the station near the ticket gates.

Hi Gigi,
Did you manage to exchange the coupon without a problem?

We havenft arrived yet but there should be no problem. firas is correct, the ticket counter to exchange coupon is open while train is in service. But I was told it can be quite chaotic at times due to tourists converging / lining up. If u r catching d last train, u need to take that into account.
