If you want to apply for a work visa, you need to do some serious research because it sounds like you don't understand how serious it is. Visit the website for your country's Japanese embassy. You can't just get a work visa online - you need a job, and then the company will sponsor your visa.

Work visas are normally given by the Japanese embassy once you have employment. If you are lucky enough to have a passport from a country which has a Working Holiday Visa, this may be a possibility.
To the best of my knowledge, you cannot get a work visa online.
